Since 1985, ENGLAND & COMPANY has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. ENGLAND & COMPANY's expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.

ENGLAND & COMPANY is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Jerry works with small to medium sized businesses and individuals in the areas of tax, finance, estate and retirement planning. In addition, he provides retirement, profit sharing 401(k), and employee benefit plans (cafeteria plans)services. He specializes in the design, installation and administration of tax qualified pension and retirement plans.
Mr. England is presently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is serving on the Health Care Committee and has served on the Litigation Services Committee of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Houston Chapter. He has been Chairman of the Employee Benefits Committee of the CPA Associates International. Jerry has been a guest lecturer at the University of Houston.
Jerry England received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1971 and has been licensed in Texas as a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. Mr. England has been in public accounting for over twenty fice years. Prior to that, he worked for a medical management company and previously as an auditor and tax collection specialist for the State of Ohio.

Andrew works with small to medium size businesses and individuals in the areas of tax, finance, estate, eldercare and primecare, business services in the industries of automobile dealers, construction, restaurants and personal services and law offices.
Presently Mr. Hopkins is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Houston Chapter Committee for Eldercare.
Andrew Hopkins received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Lamar University, Beaumont in 1989 and was licensed in the State of Texas in 2004 as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hopkins has served in several Texas and national firms as an auditor and staff accountant providing services to commercial, governmental and individuals in industries as varied as single location restaurants, legal service firms, and multinational petrochemicals for over ten years.
